Everything went very smoothly with my order and I like my new shoes. Haven't worn them yet, as they are for Spring!
Having to pay for on-line returns is just bad customer service…
I am different sizes in different styles (which I’ve just found out) and so I now have to pay to return two pairs of trainers. Having to pay to return items is a no no for me - being able to return items free of charge is non-negotiable for me so I will not be ordering on-line from Superga again, which is a real shame! All good retailers offer free returns so Superga is letting itself down and missing a trick on this.

Took longer than expected to be…
Took longer than expected to be despatched. On day of delivery DPD didn’t knock or ring, just posted a card to say I was to collect from local shop, this was on 25.01 but the parcel was taken back to Swindon until 01.02! No response to my emails from DPD or Superga. They are too big so sending back
NOTHING super about this brand!
No correct size available instore so had to order online. Website misleading for delivery options - was charged and refused a refund despite P&P being free over £50!
Was unable to return to store (wasn't advised by staff in store when discussing online ordering) and having to cover return shipment costs for items. Terrible process, awful customer service - will be taking my custom elsewhere! Disappointing from start to finish.

You have to pay for your own returns…
You have to pay for your own returns therefore I won’t be buying the trainers I have had my eye on for a while. Becomes a pricey game for the customer if they don’t fit or if you want to try 2 styles like I did. Such a strange concept for such a huge brand.

I liked the look of the shoes but
I liked the look of the shoes, but the rope layered around the platform of the shoe made them very stiff to walk in and feels uncomfortable. Quite different to a normal shoe.

Friendly and honest customer service
Friendly and honest customer service, free delivery and a wide range of styles to choose from including organic cotton shoes which is really good. I will be buying from superga again!

Amazing service
Amazing service. I live in Guernsey and so many companies don’t send to us. Arrived quickly and the shoes as always are fabulous.
I still haven’t received my order!
I still haven’t received my order!! In fairness the Superga team have been very good at communicating with me and it is an issue with Evri losing the parcel. But I have waited over 2 weeks now and am appalled at the service from Evri!!

My usual size was too big.
Shoes arrived on time, but had to return them. I ordered my usual size but they were too big. Unfortunately half size smaller was no longer available.
